Marsden Bldg Maintenance, L.L.C., a facility services provider headquartered in St. Paul, announced that is it launching a rebranding initiative to commemorate the company’s growth and expanded capabilities. The rebrand includes a new logo, visual identity, and company name that will align with the enterprise’s national brand.
Beginning in January 2024, Marsden Bldg Maintenance, L.L.C. will be rebranded Marsden Central, L.L.C. with a new logo and brand colors that will match with the national brand of Marsden Services, L.L.C. In addition, Marsden Central, L.L.C. will also share a website and social media pages with Marsden Services, L.L.C. Operationally, this branding change indicates the expanded service capabilities at Marsden Bldg Maintenance, L.L.C. As part of the Marsden enterprise, Marsden Bldg Maintenance, L.L.C., now Marsden Central, L.L.C. offers integrated facility services to its customers, including janitorial, security, mechanical maintenance, emergency response, and facility services.
Marsden Bldg Maintenance, L.L.C. has been operating throughout Minnesota since 1952 and today is one of the leading janitorial providers in Minnesota and the surrounding regions. Marsden Bldg Maintenance is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsden Services, L.L.C., one of the largest facility service providers in the United States. The rebranding efforts reflect a strategic approach to align the local market approach with the national brand and to recognize the growth and changes that have occurred in the last several years.
