CFS presented its newly integrated Foodservice Channel sales organization. This structure will support both Distribution and End User customers, with each sales team member now representing the full suite of CFS Brands Products. CFS will continue its go-to-market strategy through distributors, while the End User team will work closely with a variety of National and Regional operators for a better overall solution support experience across all product categories.
Leading the Distribution Channel and overseeing the network of sales reps will be Bill Colwin, who brings nine years of experience from the Winco brand to his new role as senior vice President Sales-Foodservice Distribution. He'll be supported by Jim Monnat, CFSP, who has been with G.E.T. for five years, appointed as vice president Sales-Foodservice Distribution, and Jillian Wubbena from CFS Brands, now serving as Senior Director Sales-Foodservice Distribution. Jillian has been with the company for fourteen years.
The End User (Operator) Channel will be led by Vincent Del-Cid and Deb Kau. Vinny has been with G.E.T. for five years and assumes the position of Senior Vice President of Sales-National Accounts, specializing in Hospitality, Entertainment and Foodservice Management operators. Deb, with 26 years of experience at San Jamar and CFS Brands, steps into the role of Senior Director of Sales-National Accounts, focusing on Restaurant Chains and QSRs.
These channel leaders will report to Elaine Shen, EVP-Foodservice for CFS Brands. The sales leaders now oversee 50+ team members across the North American regional accounts, strategic accounts, and inside sales teams, with the goal of deepening customer partnerships. With these changes in place, all team members will be promoting the ten Foodservice brands (Carlisle FoodService Products, San Jamar, Sparta, Winco, Bar Maid, WipesPlus, G.E.T., Elite Global Solutions, Snap Drape and Marko) backed by service from all seven of the distribution centers across the United States. The teams are actively engaging with customers throughout the upcoming weeks to ensure seamless continuity.
Finally, in addition to these organizational changes, CFS Brands will be integrating Elite Global Solutions into the G.E.T. portfolio and distribution by May 2024, for an even more complete offering of dinnerware, drinkware, and displayware. Together, Elite and G.E.T. will offer over 70 collections of tabletop and serving pieces, ranging from operational classics to disruptive designs. Upon completion of the integration, Elite products will ship out of the current G.E.T. Houston, TX, distribution center and will be available to customers on one single purchase order.
