Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services announced the appointment of Doug Phillip as its chief executive officer. Phillip, who now assumes the day-to-day leadership of the company, has over 30 years’ experience in national and global franchise business.

Prior to joining Office Pride, Phillip was the president of Budget Blinds and executive vice president of Home Franchise Concepts, where he improved the company’s profitability and grew the number of locations to nearly 1000 franchisees and 1500 territories across the United States and Canada. Phillip also served as vice president of international operations for International Dairy Queen Corp., where he directed four global teams and supported 1,982 franchise locations in 27 countries.

Phillip, who has three grown children, is in the process of moving to the Tampa Bay area.
