Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Noblesville-Fishers was named a 2024 Central Indiana Top Workplace by the IndyStar newspaper.

“I’m very proud of the company and culture we have created here,” says Chris Middleton, who owns the Noblesville-Fishers franchise location. “We work hard and believe in treating our team with respect and integrity, and I think it shows. I’m honored that we have been recognized for this award.”

Middleton’s location was one of 212 companies surveyed in the competition. However, only 130 were named a Top Workplace. To be recognized, the company’s employees were surveyed on their thoughts about working for Office Pride. The company was recognized in a ceremony by the IndyStar on May 2.

The award is open to any employer with 50 or more employees in Central Indiana. The 24-question survey is deemed valid only if 35 percent or more employees within the company respond and the results exceed national benchmarks, which was established by an outside company.

Middleton first joined Office Pride as the independent owner and operator of the Noblesville franchise in 2009. He also purchased the Muncie franchise in 2015 and added the Kokomo-Tipton location in 2019.

Middleton’s Noblesville franchise has been awarded a Standards of Excellence Award, which recognizes promotion of Office Pride’s core values, sales growth and revenue retention, engagement and reporting, every year. He won Office Pride’s Franchise of the Year award in 2010, 2019 and 2022. In 2022, he also was inducted into the Two Million Dollar Club, which is reserved for owners who reach the milestone of billing $2 million in a single calendar year.
