
CFS Brands announced it has acquired Mercer Culinary, a provider of commercial grade cutlery, kitchen tools, bar supplies and apparel. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Ronkonkoma, New York, Mercer Culinary has established its reputation as the innovative solution provider for culinary professionals. Mercer is also very well known in the bar industry for its Barfly Mixology Gear, which provide professionals and home enthusiasts a complete line of barware essentials and accessories.
