Anago Cleaning Systems, a prominent commercial cleaning franchise, has announced a record-breaking year characterized by significant franchise expansion and unprecedented sales figures. At its recent annual seminar, the company recognized its U.S. and Canadian Master Franchise partners for their exceptional achievements, having already surpassed its $100M Challenge and now setting its sights on reaching $300M as part of its Vision 2028 initiative.
The company inducted nine Master Franchisees into its Million-Dollar Club, each generating at least $1 million in revenue, with several exceeding this milestone considerably. Additionally, the Multi-Million Dollar Club saw significant growth, with multiple territories reaching $2M, $3M, $4M, $5M, $6M, and even surpassing $7M in revenues.
Adam Povlitz, president and CEO of Anago Cleaning Systems, stated that Vision 2028 is driving the company toward even greater success by creating opportunities for local entrepreneurs and strengthening the field teams of its Master Franchise owners. He emphasized that the program is laying the foundation for long-term growth across all territories over the next five years.
The initial $100M Challenge was a collaborative effort involving Master Franchise owners, field teams, and company executives. This bottom-up approach has fostered success through enhanced human resources and technological support, positively impacting business processes such as hiring, sales and leadership training, inflation protection, and franchise development.
Anago Cleaning Systems welcomed three new territories to its franchise system: South Jersey, Las Vegas, and Southern Ohio. The company also celebrated the first-year anniversaries of its North Florida and South Greater Toronto Area (GTA) territories. Furthermore, three territories were recognized for their long-term commitment, reaching milestones of 20, 25, and 30 years within the Anago system.
The Master City of the Year award, renamed the "David R. Povlitz Master City of the Year Award" in honor of Anago’s founder, was presented to Andrew Navarro from Anago of Greater Philadelphia for the sixth consecutive year. Navarro also received awards for Highest Absolute Growth and Most Franchises Sold, earning him the honorary title of G.O.A.T.
