As seen on ISSA.com.
In its draft of proposed revisions to GS-37, Green Seal proposes to test DSCs for certain human health effects based on the concentrate. (As currently drafted, GS-37 allows DSCs to be evaluated as they are intended to be diluted or used.) Therefore, the proposed change will likely have a significant impact on those companies that currently have DSCs certified under GS-37.
ISSA Director of Legislative Affairs Bill Balek sent out an ISSAlert, notifying the association's members that Green Seal is not receiving adequate input on this issue (and other subjects) from industry and urging members who believe a more balanced approach is needed to participate and encourage their technical staffs to also get involved.
