3M has appointed vice presidents to its Personal Safety Division.
Frank Little has been named executive vice president of 3M's Safety and Graphics business. In this role, Little will oversee more than 40 major platforms, including respiratory protection, hearing protection, fall protection, passive fire protection, protective eyewear, head and face protection, reflective materials and graphics for traffic control and guidance, commercial hand and floor pads, and other adjacent solutions.
Little has held leadership positions in a number of 3M organizations, including vice president and general manager, Electronic Solutions Division; managing director, 3M Korea; and most recently, vice president and general manager, Personal Safety Division.

Following Frank Little's appointment, 3M named Ashish Khandpur vice president and general manager, Personal Safety Division, Safety and Graphics Business. Khandpur was previously vice president, Research and Development, Industrial Business.
While at 3M, Khandpur has held research and leadership positions in several 3M organizations, including the Adhesive Technologies Center, Office Supplies Division, and the Industrial and Transportation Business. Khandpur notes, "We are seeing tremendous progress in health and safety regulations around the world, and are poised to leverage 3M's 40 years of experience in personal safety equipment to further protect people from safety risks."
