St. Louis-based 4M Building Solutions, a commercial cleaning and janitorial services company, has announced the following promotions and new hire in its Sales and Marketing department:

Chris Wieman was promoted to vice president, Strategic Sales from vice president, Business Development focused on the St. Louis metropolitan area. His new role encompasses strategic customer development and sales across all 4M markets. Wieman joined 4M Building Solutions in 2002 when 4M acquired his family’s cleaning business. He has been the company’s top salesperson for 16 years running. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Missouri State University.

Tracie Felt has been named vice president of Sales Operations. A strong business development professional, skilled in sales, marketing, CRM, campaign optimization, team building, management and leadership, Felt joined 4M in May following the company’s acquisition of her former employer, Kansas City-based SG360.  Felt holds an MBA and BSBA from Rockhurst University.

Ann E Koehler, formerly director of Business Development in the greater Indianapolis-area, has been promoted to vice president-sales, a corporate role where she’ll have oversight of sales and development teams in multiple battle cities. A trusted advisor and gifted salesperson with 20 years’ experience, Koehler joined 4M in 2020. Koehler has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Spanish from Butler University.

Kelsey Whitaker has been promoted from sales development representative to sales engagement coordinator, where she supports the sales process with customer interactions, sales training, and proposal development for sales activities across 27 states. Whitaker joined 4M in 2022 following a stint as a catalog sales manager at a Fortune 500 building services provider. Whitaker earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science at Western Illinois University.

Todd Vasel has been promoted to vice president, Marketing and Communications from the role of director of Marketing and Communications. Todd, an experienced team leader, joined 4M in 2021, bringing with him decades of experience in corporate, non-profit, and agency ownership roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
