4M has named Stephanie Lynch its director of business development, announces the company. Lynch will be responsible for work in Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Florida.

Lynch is a 20 year veteran of business development and sales, having worked in the mortgage industry, remodeling and home improvement.

“Stephanie is a great addition to our team and we are looking forward to her immediate contributions and enthusiasm to join 4M,” says Larry Bush,executive vice president of business development at 4M.

In addition to her work, Lynch enjoys painting portraits of pets, riding her bicycle, and kayaking through the Florida springs.
