Philip Fulgham has joined 4M Building Solutions, assuming the role of associate manager, while Daren Oliver and Bertin Ruiz have joined the company as account managers.

Larry Slaughter, La Dana Wright and Nicholas Flatley have been promoted to account managers. Nayeli Perez has been promoted to regional coordinator, Norton Hardin to site supervisor, and Brenda Sotelo to account coordinator.
