4M Building Solutions announced that Ashley Albin was hired as director of Business Development — Tampa. Albin works out of 4M’s St. Petersburg office.
Albin is a seasoned professional with 16 years of sales experience, including ten years in B2B, five of which are in building services. An Indiana native and Purdue graduate majoring in selling and sales management, Albin moved to Tampa in 2012.
She is active in the local chapter of industry organizations, including the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Her community interests also include Girl Scout Troop Leader, Habitat for Humanity, and the American Red Cross.
