ACV Enviro is increasing its New York presence to ensure optimal customer satisfaction by adding a service center in Albany, New York. The new facility will address increasing demand and growth the company is seeing in the area. This addition expands upon ACV Enviro’s established service centers and TSD facilities in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

“The expansion into Albany plays a decisive role in our growth in the Northeast and specifically further expands our presence as the largest environmental services provider in the New York and New Jersey market,” says Kevin Sheppard, Chief Development Officer at ACV Enviro. “Thanks to the commitment of our near 1,000 employees to continue to provide great safe service to our clients throughout these trying times, ACV has been able to thrive and stay focused on executing our growth strategy.  We intend to continue on this successful course by working hard to emerge from the pandemic stronger than before.”

The Albany presence is pivotal to ACV’s customer service philosophy providing their customers a base location, which will provide a swifter turn-around and a one-stop shop for all of their waste and field services needs. Providing a closer, community-based location for their customers is part of ACV Enviro’s overall business model; which they are devoted to maintaining in Albany.

“The new service center will be an opportunity for us to grow via hiring in the region, which we are thrilled about,” says Tasha Perez, Vice President of Human Resources.

ACV Enviro has been quite active on the expansion and hiring front as of late. Last week, we reported on the promotion of Robert Belanger to the position of director of Lab Pack Services for the company. Read more on the announcement here.
