AFFLINK, a leader in supply chain management and creator of the elev8 process, reports that one of the key components of the company’s new website is its educational blog, prepared and written by members of the AFFLINK team.
The blog is updated about two to three times per week, according to Michael Wilson, vice president of marketing for AFFLINK.
Its focus is providing information specific to supply chain distribution, sustainability, cleaninga- and building-related issues, and ways to help end-customers reduce costs, among other topics.
Wilson says that since the beginning, the blog has directly or indirectly, enabled them to:
• Help end-customers and distributors tackle challenging cleaning related issues
• Educate distributors and end-customers on pertinent facility and business-operational issues associated with supply chain management
• Integrate quality content into its other social media platforms to reach more online visitors
• Provide managers, administrators, and company owners with tips on reducing operating costs, which have proven to be the most popular posts
“What we really like about the program, and believe is one of the key benefits, is that it lets us connect directly with our distributors and their customers,” adds Wilson. “We believe this builds confidence, trust, and loyalty, which will have very significant long-term benefits.”
