Christophe Jeusse, Chief Executive Officer, North America of ATALIAN Global Services, Inc., recently sent an announcement to all employees naming a new Chief Operating Officer (COO). That memorandum read:
"I am delighted to announce the appointment of Peter J. Sheldon as Chief Operating Officer, North America, ATALIAN Global Services, Inc., effective immediately.
"Peter has over 20 years of experience in the soft services industry, including leading service organizations in a variety of sizes and developing innovative solutions for clients in the commercial real estate, retail and healthcare space among many others. In addition, he has developed and led many joint ventures and vertical integrations to better serve the needs of customers and employer organizations alike.
"Peter will be responsible for streamlining current processes and further enhancing all aspects of our operations and customer-facing interactions with a view to increasing profits and generating extra revenue. With his wealth of knowledge of the industry and, of course, his in-depth experience in all aspects of operations and customer relations, he is a natural complement to the much-valued team that we currently have at ATALIAN.
