Craig DeMartini has been named Regional Vice President for Allied Universal Janitorial Services (AUJS), a facility services company with headquarters in Santa Ana, California, and Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. DeMartini will lead day-to-day operations and growth of the company’s Northern California region, which spans from San Jose to Sacramento.

“Craig's experience in the local market along with his customer-centric attitude and high expectations of providing exceptional service fits right in with our company culture,” said Mark Olivas, President, Allied Universal Janitorial Services. “We are all very excited to have him on board as part of our team.”

DeMartini began his career in the industry at Able Services, where he gained hands on experience as janitor, floor technician, and foreman to gain an appreciation and understanding of the contribution workers who fulfill these roles do on a daily or nightly basis.

“After training, I was fortunate enough to manage some of the most prestigious properties in the Bay Area as a project manager,” said DeMartini.

Over the past 12 years, he has ascended to Regional Operations Manager for the San Francisco and North Bay regions by building lasting relationships with clients, being fair and transparent, and providing support and care for every account managed.

“I’m looking forward to starting this new chapter in my career by building a fantastic team atmosphere with everyone at Allied Universal Janitorial Services and I can’t wait to provide excellent service to our current and future clients,” DeMartini said.

DeMartini graduated from Sonoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in business and concentration in management. He has more than a decade of experience in the janitorial industry, and currently resides in San Rafael with his family.
