Steve Seneca, President of Aqua ChemPacs, LLC announced that Connie Hawk will add Operations to her responsibilities as Vice President.  Hawk, who has nine years of jan/san experience, has served as Vice President of Sales since the company was founded in 2010.

“We’re a customer-driven company,” Seneca noted.  “In her role as Sales VP, Connie ensured that we met our clients’ expectations in terms of delivery and service.  But, she also worked closely with our other departments in terms of product quality, manufacturing reliability and warehouse logistics.  Her appointment as VP of Operations only acknowledges the work she was already doing for us. ”

As VP of Sales, Hawk has been responsible for establishing a national accounts sales team, developing relationships with manufacturer’s reps and setting up international distributors in Latin American and the Asia Pacific region.  The company anticipates that sales for 2012 will more than double the sales volume in 2011.

In her new role managing Operations, Hawk will coordinate with department heads responsible for production, warehousing and distribution.  She recently helped the company create and implement an enhanced quality control program, oversaw the reorganization of the warehouse and negotiated new contracts for shipping and logistics.

“Our goal is to meet the changing needs of our customers,” Hawk explained.  “We offer the industry’s most customized cleaning kit solutions, combining chemicals with other products into a single package that we deliver directly to their door.  Our goal is to provide our clients exactly what they need, when and where they need it. Since this requires a high level of coordination between product manufacturing and flexible distribution, it made sense for one person to oversee both Sales and Operations.  I’m thrilled to have been entrusted with this role, and look forward to expanding Aqua ChemPacs ability to solve customer problems with unique solutions.”
