Aramsco, Inc. announced the acquisition of Alpine Products (“Alpine”). Located in Auburn (Seattle), Washington, Alpine is a leading regional distributor of pavement marking materials, traffic signs and other related products to government agencies and pavement and traffic control contractors.
The transaction with Alpine is Aramsco’s fourth acquisition in the traffic safety market.
“We are thrilled to welcome Bart Farrar and the Alpine employees, customers, and vendor partners to the Aramsco family. Alpine has a strong history in serving customers in the Pacific Northwest and we look forward to building on their great reputation,” says Andrew Liebert, executive vice president at Aramsco.
“Since 1978, we have been able to steadily grow through our dedicated staff and customers, with the support of our best-in-class vendors,” notes Bart Farrar, president of Alpine. “Laurie and I firmly believe Aramsco is the partner that could take Alpine’s growth to the next level by providing more products, services, and distribution points to our existing customers. I’m excited about the opportunity this creates for our customers, employees, and vendors going forward.”
“We have tremendous appreciation for the Alpine team and the commitment they have demonstrated for many years to ensuring their customers’ success. This transaction is another example of Aramsco’s commitment to building a national distribution and service footprint in the traffic safety market,” adds Chris Kim, VP of Business Development at Aramsco.
