BRAVO! Group Services, Green Brook, New Jersey, acquired C-K Air Conditioning Inc., headquartered in Clifton, New Jersey, and has merged the operation with its existing Control Temp Mechanical Services business. The new combined operation is operating as C-K Control Temp Mechanical, Inc.  

C-K, a regional provider of mechanical and engineering services, was founded in 1961 and is a highly respected company in the tri-state market. C-K’s experience includes all phases of air conditioning, heating, process piping, and air treatment. The company services a wide variety of buildings from standard commercial office buildings to pharmaceutical production and research facilities, telecommunications facilities, computer/server rooms, clean rooms, and hospitals.

Both Curtis and Kuder have joined the leadership team, with Curtis serving as president and Kuder as vice president-service for the combined operations.
