BRAVO! Group Services Inc. announced that Patricia McGrainer-lorio joined the company as director of client experience and excellence for the C-K Control Temp Inc. (CKCT) Division. In her new role, McGrainer-Lorio will be responsible for interacting with clients to maximize service quality and develop solutions to further improve customer service. 

With over two decades of experience working in HVAC, security and communications primarily in the New York Metro Area, McGrainer-lorio previously worked as an account manager for Dakin Applied Americas, as well as a sales executive for Statewide Conditioning, Inc. She is a graduate of Rider University, and also received a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Trial Management from Thomas Edison State University.
