BRAVO! Group Services, a privately-held facility solutions company, announced the promotion of Alejandra (Ale) Becerra to Director of Operations. She will have the primary responsibility of overseeing BRAVO!’s janitorial operations at multiple customer sites in the Maryland/Washington, DC/Virginia regions. Specifically, Ale will implement and optimize efficiency and quality standards to meet the needs of the customer and to ensure continuous improvement and safety compliance.
A steadfast and dedicated BRAVO! employee, Ale served as Continuous Improvement Manager for the past 10 years. She was instrumental in spearheading audits of cleaning processes at client sites, developing score sheets to rate quality control, and, most importantly, maintaining quality assurance objectives. Ale has earned her RBSM and 30-Hour OSHA Certifications and is also recognized for achieving her certification as Instructor for CMI’s Custodial Technician Training Program, Basic & Advanced Levels.
