BRAVO! Group Services Welcomes Chief Human Resources Officer

BRAVO! Group Services, one of the largest, privately-held facility solutions companies in the country, has hired Gina M. Dewar as Chief Human Resources Officer.  Gina will be responsible for overseeing BRAVO!’s Human Resources department and implementing strategic and effective HR programs that build a strong culture, increase engagement, and support BRAVO!’s business objectives.

Gina comes to BRAVO! with progressive HR experience across multiple industries, including technology, electronics, real estate, medical devices, retail, telecommunications, and defense.  Prior to joining BRAVO!, Gina served as VP of Human Resources at Planned Companies Inc. where she lowered turnover by 20% year-over-year and reduced loss time to yield a $280K savings for the company.  She also designed and implemented a core values awards program, culture committee, and social purpose program to enrich employee relations and cultivate a positive corporate environment.
