BRAVO! Group Services, one of the largest, privately-held facility support companies in the country, is pleased to announce that Susan Justice has joined the team as Director of Business Development for the Midwest. Susan will work to expand the client portfolio in Oklahoma and Arkansas, focusing her attention on Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Little Rock and Bentonville.

Susan has been in business management for multiple companies for 25 years. She specializes in customer relations and quality control. She has janitorial experience in the Oklahoma area overseeing more than 100 employees.

Prior to entering the janitorial industry, Susan owned and operated her own accounting service for 10 years. She is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) OKC, and board member of IFMA Oklahoma City. Susan holds a degree in accounting from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.

Susan enjoys volunteering in the community with the Infant Crisis Center, Life Church, and feeding the homeless with the Needs Foundation.
