BRAVO! Group Services, a privately-held facility service company based in New Jersey, has received the 2012 Safety Award for large employers froom the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). It is BRAVO’s third award in the past four years.

"This award demonstrates our sincere commitment to creating a safe work environment for all of our 3,500 employees," a company release states. In 2007, the company re-invested in safety and training programs; this included undergoing a thrid party audit of policies and procederes, establishing a safety committe and hiring a director of safety and training to oversee the efforts.

"Throughout these years, our main priority has been to foster a culture of safety, in which every employee is empowered and accountable to make their job a safer one.
