4M Building Solutions, a janitorial services company based in St. Louis, has made a few changes to its workforce by promoting four people and hiring another.

The promotions include:

- Scott Day, now a regional manager

- Cara Clinton, now a regional coordinator

- Johnny Vazquez, now an account manager

- Julie Wsemann, now a division coordinator

In addition to those promotions, Kamau Wilson has been hired as an account manager.
