BSCAI's annual CEO Seminar is scheduled to take place Jan. 27-30, 2021 at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa in Lahaina, Hawaii.

The purpose of the event is to connect and re-connect fellow building service industry leaders in a setting that mixes education with relaxation.

Several event sessions have been announced and more are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Sessions that have already been announced include:

- Guidance in an Uncertain Economy with speaker Alex Chausovsky, senior business advisor at ITR Economics.

Chausovsky will discuss, among other things, how to make decisions based on data and ITR's expectations for key BSCAI market segments.

- BSC M&A During COVID-19 with speaker Mark Herbick, founder and CEO of Pursant.

Herbick's presentation will explore the merger and acquisition activity in the BSC sector and what it means for business plans in 2021.
