Betco Corporation announced its continued support of the annual BSCAI Excellence in Sustainability Award. The Sustainability Award is presented by Betco and recognizes outstanding achievement by a building services company in the implementation and promotion of green cleaning practices and in the advancement of sustainable building services program benefits.
"BSCAI is excited to partner again with Betco to present the annual BSCAI Excellence in Sustainability Award," says Christopher Mundschenk, BSCAI executive vice president. "It is gratifying to see that so many contractors have realized the benefits and value of sustainable offerings and are dedicated to expanding their efforts and resources in this area. BSCAI is proud to recognize and honor the best of these efforts."
Partnering with BSCAI to award sustainability excellence is a natural progression for Betco's commitment to green cleaning for health and the environment, says John Reed, Betco director of sustainability and training.
"We continue to invest in the future through sustainable practices with a focus on the Triple Bottom Line; people, profit, and planet," Reed says. "Leading building service contractors share this same belief with the implementation of green cleaning programs that will treat employees and customers fairly, are responsible with the use of cleaning products and equipment, while still earning a fair profit for the organization."
Official nomination forms can be found on www.bscai.org and must be returned to BSCAI headquarters between July 1 and September 15, 2013.
