Bona – a global, family-owned company that supplies products for installing, renovating, maintaining and restoring premium floors – recently welcomed three new team members: Corey Norris as Territory Manager in Colorado, Joseph Revord as Adhesives Territory Manager in Florida and Paul Wilke as Territory Manager in Chicago.  

“We’re excited to welcome such a strong and experienced group of individuals to our roster,” said Matt Casey, Director of Professional Marketing, Bona. “With their nearly 100 years of combined industry experience, we have no doubt they will help take Bona to the next level in their dedicated regions and beyond.” 

Norris comes to Bona with 20 years of industry experience. Starting his career at his father’s flooring company, he then transitioned into the multifamily flooring sector and has held positions in wholesale flooring, retail and distribution. Most recently, he led the window coverings division at his previous employer.  

Recently relocating to Florida after raising his family in Colorado, Revordhas more than 30 years in the hardwood flooring business. He is passionate about market analysis and discovering ways to help customers, and has been a member of the Bona Certified Craftsmanship Program for the past six years in Colorado Springs, Colo.  

As a Bona Certified Craftsman since 2022, Wilke has more than 40 years of experience in the flooring industry. He previously owned a flooring store for more than 20 years and holds several certified installer accreditations. As a NWFA Certified Sales Professional, he has previously installed and finished floors across California for several notable names.
