Brady Announces Acquisition

Brady, a full-line janitorial supply, equipment and foodservice distributor based in Las Vegas, announces the acquisition of Datek, Inc. in North Little Rock, Arkansas effective immediately.

Established in 1976, Datek has a reputation built on quality products and strong customer relationships throughout Arkansas and its surrounding areas.

Scott Allmendinger and Kyle Allmendinger will continue in their current roles as general managers of the branch, while Michael Sills remains sales manager. Owner David Allmendinger retired last year, while the other owner, Jan Allmendinger, will phase into retirement in the coming months.
