BradyIFS is acquiring Fishman Supply Company (“Fishman”), with headquarters in Petaluma, California, and Armstrong Paper Group (“Armstrong”), headquartered in Santa Rosa, CA. Both companies are market leaders in the distribution of foodservice disposables, Jan/San and facility supplies in Northern California.

These two acquisitions further expand BradyIFS’ customer base and distribution reach in the Northern California marketplace and will provide Fishman’s and Armstrong’s customers access to BradyIFS’ comprehensive product and service portfolio, including: laundry, warewash, cleaning supplies, equipment service and repair, foodservice disposables, packaging, canned and dry goods, and digital and supply chain solutions.
