Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is located just 10 miles west of New Orleans. Over 8.6 million passengers passed through this airport in 2012 and the floors take a "beating" with the amount of foot traffic on a daily basis.

The servicing contractor for this facility was looking for an answer on how to make and keep the floors looking clean and shiny. The prior finish that was used was "walking off" in high traffic areas and what was left on the floor had numerous black heel marks.

Betco Regional Manager, Jarrett Williams worked with the BSC handling the Airport account and provided the answer they were looking for.

Jarrett stated, "Betco has floor finish with an innovative new technology called Untouchable with Scuff Resistant Technology, I set up a demonstration for this low odor, low maintenance floor finish because of its excellent resistance to black heel marks."

Within a few weeks, The BSC was applying Untouchable with SRT at the airport knowing they had just solved a problem with a floor finish that will hold up to the amount of foot traffic and resist those unsightly black heel marks.
