CFS Brands has completed the acquisition of AyrKing, a company that specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of food preparation equipment and related accessories that make foodservice operations more efficient and profitable, according to a Monday announcement.

Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, AyrKing specializes in automated breading, blending/sifting and commercial marinating equipment and is a key supplier to several major quick serve restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery chains. AyrKing also produces food blenders, mixers, drive-thru windows, ice baths and work tables.

"The addition of AyrKing to CFS Brands will further strengthen our ability to provide inventive, customer-centric solutions to the foodservice market. AyrKing will remain as a stand-alone entity within CFS Brands. For the foreseeable future, both customers and suppliers will continue to interact with AyrKing as they have in the past.
