The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) has opened the call for papers for educational sessions at the Greenbuild International Conference and Expo, which will be held November 19-21, 2008 in Boston, Massachusetts. The theme of the seventh annual conference will be Revolutionary Green: Innovations for Global Stability. All session proposals must reinforce the conference theme.

"At each Greenbuild, we present our attendees with educational sessions that touch on all aspects of the green building, design and construction industry," said Peter Templeton, Senior Vice President of Education & Research, U.S. Green Building Council. "Next year's show, coupled with the backdrop of Boston's innovative history, will be no exception."

Suggested presentation topics for submissions include the global environment; region and community scale; market factors and resources; project scale and systems scale. Proposals will be accepted until January 11, 2008 at 5:00 PM PST. Submissions are peer reviewed and selected by volunteer committee members. Those who are selected for Greenbuild will be notified on April 30, 2008. All proposals must be submitted online at www.greenbuildexpo.org.
