On October 12, 2012, Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard joined Jim and Barb DeGrado of Cardinal Building Maintenance at the grand opening ceremonies for their newest branch office.

The new office is located at 8501 Bash Street, Suite 500, Indianapolis, IN 46256.
