CarrollCLEAN recently celebrated one year in business under the leadership of Peter Zehr. Montgomery Manufacturing and FGL Group acquired the nearly 100 year old Carroll Company April 2, 2018.
"We have accomplished some great things and made some necessary upgrades to the Carroll Company's (now CarrollCLEAN) 180,000 square foot production facility in one short year," said Peter Zehr, Chairman and CEO of CarrollCLEAN. "We want to thank our team in the plant, our distributor partners, and our customers for all of their patience and support over the last year. Everything we have done is to make the customer experience better and make CarrollCLEAN easy to do business with in the future."
CarrollCLEAN offers a variety of liquid and powder products in the cleaning space both private label and CarrollCLEAN branded products. Carroll Company (now CarrollCLEAN) has a long history of top performing products that continue to be best sellers.
Troy Kloewer, President, Sales and Marketing adds, "We have a strong future in the Jan/San business and plan to make necessary improvements to support our distributor partners and customers in that area. We are investing heavily in our digital assets to support our partners and improve the image of the CarrollCLEAN brand."
CarrollCLEAN also participates and sees a bright future in the contract packaging space for liquids and powders in cleaning and personal care categories.
"What Troy brings to the table is 18 years of experience as an executive at John Paul Mitchell Systems. His connection and knowledge of that space gives us more opportunity to fill our production lines and produce quality products alongside our already successful brands," says Peter Zehr.
The third area of focus for CarrollCLEAN is in the private label/private brand area.
"We offer off the shelf products for private label or in-house custom formulation for customers wanting to produce private brand products for sale. We handle all of this in house to make it easy for our customers," says Troy Kloewer.
The future for CarrollCLEAN will include investing in its people and processes.
"We have started an education partnership with Richland College to further our employee growth in many areas including management classes, English as a second language classes, etc. We know that investing in our people will help us reach our goals," says Sam Abdmousavi, Human Resource Director.
CarrollCLEAN is focused on hiring people that fit their culture of building trust, working hard to be the best, finding solutions, and respecting their co-workers.
