Phil Sis Jonathan Deex
Nilfisk-Advance, the parent company for HydraMaster and US Products, has announced two new positions in the leadership of the company.
Jonathan Deex has been appointed as the new general manager for the company. Deex brings a long list of achievements and a proven track record to the position, most recently as the President and CEO of North Star Ice Equipment Corporation, a manufacturer of industrial ice making equipment.
Deex joins the company with a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as a deep understanding of distribution channel management, people management and motivation, and improving manufacturing operations. Deex has an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

I see an incredible opportunity for HydraMaster and US Products to lead the development of restorative carpet and hard surface cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals that will make cleaning an even more important part of protecting the built environment as well as a safer and greener place to live and work.”
Phil Sis has been appointed as the director of operations for HydraMaster and US Products. Sis has served as the general manager for HydraMaster and US Products and has been with the company since 2008. Previously, he was the director of engineering for Clarke Floor Care equipment, another Nilfisk-Advance company.
In his new position, Sis will be utilizing his engineering and operations expertise to lead the manufacturing, assembly, shipping, purchasing, and inventory operations of the company.
