Clean Team, Inc. announced the purchase of Absolute! Building Maintenance (A!BM). Absolute! Building Maintenance was started in 1975 out of Saginaw Michigan. Today, they have over 180 trained associates.

In a statement, Clean Team's Bob Armbruster commented:
