Clean Team Inc. held a company picnic to honor their employees in June, according to an article in Abec's Small Business Review.

“We like to have fun,” said Bob Armbruster, president of Clean Team. “Our employees work hard every day, and it’s nice to take a day to say, ‘Thank you.’ ”

The company picnic had mop bucket races, door prizes and a clown for the kids. This year, they even had a dunk tank. Clean Team’s operation and general manager volunteered to let their employees take a shot, and needless to say, the line was long! More than 100 awards were given to employees for their years of service, with 16 years as the winner.
