Caber Hill Advisors announced that it advised Clean Team, Inc. in its purchase of Simpson Services. At the request of both parties, terms of the deal were not disclosed. Clean Team is a leading provider of cleaning and floor care to multi-tenant buildings, industrial facilities, medical facilities, and offices in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. The company is headquartered in Toledo, OH, and is using the acquisition as a platform in the Indianapolis market.

Peter Holton led the transaction for Caber Hill. By leveraging his vast network and market expertise, Mr. Holton created a quick, proprietary process for Clean Team and structured a deal that accomplished each party's objectives. The transaction closed on July 31, 2015.
