The LA Kings have entered into a partnership with CleanWell to become the Official Hand Sanitizer of the LA Kings and Presenting Sponsor of the LA Kings Ice Crew. The multi-year agreement will help support awareness of CleanWell and their sustainable products to consumers while also advancing their business-to-business distribution on the west coast.
As part of the deal, brokered by AEG Global Partnerships, CleanWell will have branding presence on LA Kings Ice Crew uniforms and other collateral as well as on the equipment they use to clean and maintain the ice during LA Kings home games at STAPLES Center. CleanWell will also host an appearance by the LA Kings Ice Crew at a retail location that carries CleanWell.
In addition to the LA Kings Ice Crew passing our CleanWell Sanitizer to fans during select NHL games at STAPLES Center, CleanWell will have product integration at other AEG Facilities venues including KeyArena (Seattle, WA), Citizens Business Bank Arena (Ontario, CA), StubHub Center (Carson, CA), Rabobank Arena (Bakersfield, CA) and Valley View Casino Center (San Diego, CA).
“Helping the LA Kings Ice Crew keep the ice clean during LA Kings games at STAPLES Center this season is a unique way to tie-in our CleanWell cleaning products,” said Peter Resnick, CEOat CleanWell, LLC. “We are also proud that our sanitizers will be distributed to fans at LA Kings games and integrated into several other AEG-Facilities-affiliated venues to keep all of their guests healthy and germ-free.”
As part of the business-to-business component of the partnership, AEG will support CleanWell in expanding their west coast distribution channels, introducing them as a preferred vendor at AEG Facilities-affiliated venues.
“Our partnership with CleanWell is a great example of an agreement that leverages multiple assets within the AEG portfolio to achieve specific business objectives,” said Jon Werbeck, Senior Director, AEG Global Partnerships. “The partnership also supports AEG’s philosophy of driving business value through sustainability.”
