Kansas City-based commercial janitorial services firm SG360 recently acquired Revolent Solutions Group, another commercial janitorial services firm. According to Business Observer reports, Revolent has a large presence in both Florida and Virginia, making it appealing for SG360.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, but it was reported that Bryson Raver, former president at Revolent, has been named executive vice president of strategic development with SG360.
Revolent services include construction cleaning, secure facility cleaning, high-rise window cleaning, painting, waterproofing, caulking and high-rise building maintenance and janitorial services. The Tampa-based company, founded in 2009, has bought or merged with at least a dozen commercial janitorial services businesses over the years, according to the company website.
“As we looked to expand to the Southeast, the opportunity with Revolent presented a perfect fit,” SG360 President and CEO David Harvey said in the article.
Previously, SG360 was primarily in markets including Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Tennessee. The firm has about 1,000 employees.
“This really was an advancement for our employees and simultaneously enhanced our technology platform, from which our clients are already benefiting," said Revolent’s Raver in the article. “And by combining our two entities, we have a better opportunity to not only grow organically but to continue to deploy our acquisition strategy to current and new markets across the Midwest and Southeast.”
