It's natural that a global pandemic would put fun on hiatus, but as the world opens back up again, organizations are looking for ways to recognize their frontline workers. Cleaning staff members were called on to guarantee safe facilities throughout 2020 and despite a viral threat. Now, IEHA is looking to recognize those individuals with a bit of fun.

IEHA is hosting the 32nd annual Housekeeping Olympics, an inspiring and fun challenge for those in the health care, hospitality, facilities management and residential cleaning industries. This event is a chance for cleaning teams to represent their company, drive personal motivation and compete to win the grand prize trophy.

Participants need only to build a team and prove they are the best in the biz. Qualifying rounds start September 12-18 and registration for teams is already open.

Teams should include a minimum of four people and registration must be completed before August 21 to receive a discount. Teams will also need to compete in the virtual qualifying round during Housekeeping/EVS Awareness Week, September 12-18, 2021.

Full instructions for the competition will be provide once the registration process is completed.
