Virtual conference or web chat

Due to COVID-19, BSCAI has decided to make its Contracting Success 2020 event a virtual experience, rather than an in-person event, the association announced in an email.

Now named the Contracting Success+ 2020 Virtual Experience, the event will take place during the afternoons of Oct. 14, 15, 21 and 22. More information, such as schedule details and registration instructions will be made available in the coming weeks. It is known that the event will feature real-time and on-demand virtual educational offerings similar to those that typically take place at BSCAI events.

"As an organization that is committed to providing valuable education and networking for our members and BSCs, it's important that we still deliver these opportunities despite current conditions," says BSCAI in its announcement. "Our events enable attendee access to business-focused keynote speakers, industry trend-driven general sessions, and practical peer-to-peer sessions that improve service delivery to customers and improve attendee bottom-line results, and Contracting Success+ will be no exception.
