On Wednesday, Feb. 10, the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) hosted building service contractor CEOs from around the country at their CEO Leadership Institute online event. Originally scheduled to take place in-person in Hawaii, the switch to an online event opened the doors to even more attendee members.
Roughly 80 attendees dialed into the Zoom platform on Wednesday to sit in on the first seminars of many. Topics included:
• How the pandemic impacted merger and acquisition activity in the BSC sector and what business owners can expect for the year to come.
• A detailed perspective on how factors such as COVID-19 and the reopening of the global and US economies will impact companies moving forward.
• As well as networking, roundtable discussions, and more.
These pieces were just the tip of the iceberg in terms of offerings through the CEO Leadership Institute. Attendees who missed out can still capitalize on the event.
Current and future registrants can access all presentations OnDemand, but they can also look forward to exceptional education to come. On Feb. 24, attendees will hear government affairs updates at both the federal and state level and what to expect moving forward, solutions and inspiration for leaders struggling to make progress, and more.
Sit in on March 10 to learn how the most successful businesspeople consistently stay three steps ahead. Then on March 24, learn tips to creating a culture of trust and the significance of teamwork. April 7 is the final day of the event, offering education on labor trends and retention techniques, and so much more.
