DEMA announced the addition a new role to its customer service team to enhance overall customer support. Tiffany Castelli has joined the company as customer and CRM (customer resource management) support specialist.
Tiffany will be responsible for supporting customers with order entry, inquiries, as well as many CRM functions to enhance customer support and business operations excellence.
Tiffany comes to DEMA with 15 years of experience focused on customer service excellence. Her background includes customer service lead and account specialist responsibilities at several international companies. Tiffany’s experience will make her a strong fit to support the needs of DEMA's global customers.
