DWM Facilities Maintenance announced it has hired Joe Fairley as director of client solutions. He will join the company at its Latham, N.Y. headquarters.
In his new role, Fairley will be responsible for DWM's national business development strategies and new market development. A 20-year veteran of both hospitality and facility maintenance, Fairley’s experience has led him to senior management roles in operations and strategic business development for companies such as Marriott, Hilton, Coverall NA, and Horizon National Contract Services. The company says Fairley's knowledge and expertise in contract management and self-performing facility service models has evolved in the successful balance of company growth while maintaining a client centric focus.
