DWM Facilities Maintenance announced the addition of Christian Dickinson as customer service director, joining the company at its Latham, N.Y. headquarters and national operations center. Dickinson will lead DWM’s largest division and work to improve upon its industry-leading vendor integration.

A veteran of both business development and operations management, Dickinson's experience and knowledge made him a perfect fit for the company says Brian Whitt, vice president of operations.

“The customer service director holds tremendous sway in our company,” said Whitt. “We searched for two months to find the person who had the right mix of customer-oriented solutions and team management.  Christian blew us away during the interview process.  He was exactly what we needed.”

Dickinson  has led various teams in the mortgage, banking, telecom and logistics industries. He will utilize this unique skillset to improve both internal and external customer interactions. This experience will also enrich DWM’s current position as a solution-based specialist in providing efficient, cost-effective facilities services nationwide.
