Detroit Garage Works is proud to partner once again with Cammy Babiarz, her family and RettSyndrome.org to find a cure for Rett Syndrome. Beginning Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, for every gallon of product sold Detroit Garage Works will donate one dollar directly to Rett Syndrome research on behalf of Cammy for all children affected by Rett.

Rett Syndrome is a rare, neurodevelopmental disorder that usually shows up in infancy. Its symptoms are loss of muscle coordination, stunted growth, decline of language and social skills, and breathing problems. To date no cure has been found, however doctors and researchers feel that they are getting close to one. Cammy who has Rett Syndrome, and the employees from Detroit Garage Works met each other in 2015 and have been a team together in the fight against Rett Syndrome ever since.
