Dispensing Dynamics International (DDI), Inc. has announced that it has acquired The Colman Group, Inc. (DBA San Jamar-Chef Revival.) DDI, Inc. is the company that acquired Perrin Manufacturing and Global Plastics.
DDI’s North American design & manufacturing capabilities coupled with SJCR’s global sourcing and distribution will provide our respective customers with the most competitive source of supply worldwide
for leading edge technologies and value added branded commodities.
Customer sales and marketing will operate separately with DDI focused on developing OEM company business and SJCR focused on building commercial distribution.
