Diversey, a Solenis company, has opened a new European headquarters and shared operating company (OpCo) office for Solenis and Diversey in Breukelen, the Netherlands. The new facility reflects the shared vision of both companies to enhance collaboration, drive innovation and deliver value to customers across the region.

Located at De Corridor 2-4, 3621 ZB Breukelen, the modern headquarters is designed to support Diversey’s dynamic business operations, foster collaboration and provide exceptional customer service. Featuring advanced technology and sustainable design, the facility underscores the company’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainability.

An integrated research and development (R&D) center at the new site stands out as a hub for innovation, focused on creating breakthrough cleaning and hygiene solutions to solidify Diversey’s industry leadership. Additionally, the new building will house the Dutch OpCo for both Solenis and Diversey, consolidating operations to enable greater synergy and efficiency. Solenis’ European headquarters remains in Switzerland.

Strategically positioned near key transportation hubs, the new office offers excellent accessibility with direct connections to highways, a nearby train station and local amenities such as a hotel, providing easy connectivity for employees, partners and customers.
